Is .96 GA?

Hi all

Downloaded .96 in it's own directory. Started dbmon and then .96, no output in dbmon window. hmmmm....checked about...yeah, 1.0.0.96....let's try this again Open dbmon, open .96....yeah...no output in dbmon...

NBD, but if I don't need to run dbmon, one less button on the taskbar.

the beta is now in the final phase and has no debug info
so no need to run dbmon
