What is the setting 'GIOPT_ROBUSTPASTE 131072' about, what does this help to do ?
Is there a builtin rich edit feature ? (what is richedit IMF_xxx about, aprt from fonts issues debuging) ?

to make things clearer, by default Edit | Paste command uses explorer to copy files (you'll see the familiar dialog with animations)implement Edit | Paste command robustly, no explorer
