Auto-refresh (Windows seems slow witted to me)
A Find command that finds files the way I think when I’m looking for them.
New folder button and keyboard command
Filters and Autofilter
Calculate folder size in details

I’m a simple user with simple needs and I like the simple things the best.

My favorite simple trick is I have new files that are less than 24hr old color coded to the bold formatting. This makes finding newly created files and recent downloads easy to find.

i am thinking of short sweet easy to understand stuff, like the breadcrumbs, rename that selects the filename part only, going up-a-level selecting the folder you came out from, the quick search, the mini scrap (perhaps)

what would be your favorite small and simple tricks with xplorer2?
What are breadcrumbs?  I don't see them mentioned in the help.

So breadcrumbs are the cascading menus you get when you right click on the title bar.  Well it doesn't work for me  - all I get is a "flat" list of the folders that are subfolders of the folder I right clicked on, with no sub-menus for the nested folders.  I have the latest trial software.

Why are they called breadcrumbs?
