has anyone noticed any problems with the v2 license? I had a couple emails saying that periodically the nag screen for the 21 day trial would come up even after using the key!?

Recently, the license was gone. I could re-register x² however.
Tux. ; tuxproject.de registered xplorer² pro user since Oct 2009, ultimated in Mar 2012

No nag screens after upgrading.
