2003 Lite Does Not Start-up w/Desktop Tab as Special Folder

Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3

My workaround is to set registry data to GUID:

key: [HKCU\Software\ZabaraKatranemia Plc\xplorer2\MainFrame Settings]

before:

name: szLeftTabs
type: REG_SZ
data: C:\Documents and Settings\*USERNAME*\Desktop*C:\Documents and Settings

after:

name: szLeftTabs
type: REG_SZ
data: ::{00021400-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}*C:\Documents and Settings

"1.8.1.4 [Ansi] LITE 11.04.22" saves the data string as "C:\Documents and Settings\*USERNAME*\Desktop" and loads it as special folder on start-up.

For some reason in my Win7 the desktop folder path isn't recognized
::{00021400-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}

so there is a bug with windows explorer (and x2) in general
