sometimes (actualy - often!) when I close Xplorer2 Lite, it remain in RAM, ocuping more then 10MB!

It sounds like the infamous WMP9 issue - (that is, if you use the Quick viewer to preview media files and you have WMP9 installed).
It is discussed elsewhere in the forum.
The fix will be available in the next release.
