link needed to Folder options

I miss the link to Folder Options in windoze explorer, I use it every day .

Can you consider adding it to the system buttton in x2 or is there some tweak I can apply?

& until then, you can always create a link to it on your desktop or quicklaunch toolbar. (Folder options can be found in Control Panel.)

Hi it may seem at first sight that Windoze folder options is superfluous in x2, problem is File types are in there (never worked out why) and that is what I would have liked to see easier access to this feature from inside X2. I have never worked out how to access it separately !

I did not mean to imply that Folder Options was surperfluous; rather to suggest an easy way to access that important winDoze dialog -- even tho' it's not from within x2.

btw -- you can get to it from x2 via multiple steps (but I'm sure you knew that)
e.g. Ctrl+Alt+F; click Control Panel; click Folder Options.
or from menubar
Go to | Special folders | Control panel; click Folder Options

... but none of that is as easy to get to as putting a shortcut to it on your desktop or taskbar.
