Multiple commands in a single User Command?

I know you can have multiple commands in a Command Script (using a comma to separate them), but can you have multiple commands in a single User Command?

Can't seem to find this in the manual, and my own testing has gone for zilch.

DOS commands? Why not use &? (or &&, or ||)
