Movable/customizable toolbar

Hello!

In the old version ( integrated in 2x ) one could move/drag the toolbar
to e.g. the left side of the editor's window.
Isn't this possible in the newer version that comes along with x2 96?
If not, it may be a desirable feature for a coming release.

wtl toolbars aren't movable, sorry
