I have zonealarm and have noticed that it is asking for permission to allow explorer lite to have internet access. Anyone know if this program is set to call home for updates or anything?
Not by itself.
Only if the user takes an action that activates a link.
Such as "check updates"
or, while installing, to download the full manual
or, clicking on a shortcut that links to an internet location.
or, if you have preview activated (when a HTML page, with something "active" on it, such as code for the counter, is previewed, Xplorer2 will try to connect...)
