QuickViewer for HTML - version 1.1.0.1 of Xplorer2

On my XP machine, I fail to get html rendered inthe quickviewer, while it is OK on a Win2000 station.
I reinstalled as to make sure. With no result.

Can someone help ?
Is this a bug ?

XP SP1 removes html preview on purpose for "security"
there is a registry tweak to turn it back on that has been discussed a few times before
please use the search feature of this forum to locate it
