Hi,
I'm using Xplorer2 for a couple weeks now and very happy with it. It just took a bit of time to find my way.
I'm left with one major problem: whatever I try, I can't get the thumbnails view to work. In the menus and the options window everything that has to do with thumbnails, is grayed-out. If I try to preview a bitmap in the lower left corner of the main window, Xplorer2 shows me that BMP file's hex content code instead of the actual image.
Seems like I'm missing some component or some registry setting that Xplorer2 needs to show images, but nowhere in the docs I could find out what it is. Can someone please tell me what I'm supposed to do (or what I need to install) to enable the thumbnail view?
Thanks, Henk

Im using 98SE with all Active Desktop functions enabled (checked that out before posting). Still I guess you're right this will most probably have to do something with my using 98, but in that case it must be caused by some more obscure factor. It might for example have something to do with my system having been trimmed by 98Lite, but then what exactly?
As obviously there's no easy solution I'm afraid that sorting this out might be going to cost a lot of time, so I think I'll be content with leaving things as they are.
Anyway, thanks for your answer!
