It would be such a nice feature (and really trivial to implement, BTW, using semaphores, window titles, class names, etc.) to have an option for limiting X2 to one instance.

No need to cite reasons why... I'm sure they're plentiful. PLEASE introduce instance limiting.

The whole idea behind X2 is multiple windows (via tabs) to eliminate numerous copies of Explorer. [Inadvertently] having multiple copies of X2 somewhat defeats this great functionality. Giving the option to force only one instance restricts this great behavior to the one window it was designed for.
