Scrap Delete Icon Hint

In a scrap folder, pressing DEL removes the file's presence in the scrap, but the Delete Icon's hint in the Toolbar (which offers to send the file to the recyle bin) is "Delete (Del)." Better would be "Delete to Recycle Bin."

there's a slight inaccuracy with a couple of scrap toolbar buttons, because they are shared with the main window

These errors are pointed out in the manual. (Check Appendix 9D)
