Adding to right-click menu

When I right-click in a directory with nothing selected (or in an empty directory), I get the menu that says "New File", "New Folder", etc.

We are using TortoiseSVN. In Explorer, you can right-click on an empty directory and get a menu with the TortoiseSVN commands in it. Is there anyway to add those commands to xplorer2 pro's menu?

are there any extra commands there that you can't access otherwise? (e.g. from the context menu of a regular file)
