to summarize, this is a rather natural consequence of the auto-sync'd tree opening a lot of slow folders, the greatest part of the network to be exact (neighborhoods and all that).

Hiding the tree or disabling the auto-sync speeds things up dramatically.

You are completely right.
After i disable the treeview, everything works great.
After i disable the Synch function and enable the treeview, everythjing works great.
Using them together is the problem.

Okey, i can live without the synch function, so i will keep using the X2 even more :D
