Checking a file's CRC

I note that there is a CRC column in Details view. Is there another way to access CRC, but for individual files?

if you had access to scrap windows this would have been trivial:
* send the file(s) you want to the scrap
* turn on the "crc" (actually it is a simple checksum) column

with the lite version you have to temporarily copy the file you want in a new empty folder and browse it
