Can't Delete Folders most of the Time

almost all the time, i can't delete folders in xplorer2. it says it's in use. i can, however, delete the files in the folder. it's been a real pain, and was wondering if there's any cure.

when i close x2 and use ms explorer, i can delete it no problem.
