Folder tree with singleclick open (and faster loading time)

1) I would ask for "folder tree with open on singleclick" feature on my knees, really!
It's just like QuickViewer in xplorer2 but with editing. It's so rare for text-editors, that only huge ones like ultraedit32 got something like it. Few of them got folder tree, but they open each file in new tab :(

2) Faster loading times or rather "dynamic" opening/showing process would be nice as well (affected only logs of >500kb and font/size change operations)

i think i've seen an editor like that in some freeware list (can't remember the name). Checkout nonags.com or pricelessware.org
