Moving the Tab bar?

Hello!! Is it possible to move the tab bar? It used to be near the top, just above the viewing pane in previous versions... but since upgrading to 1.6.0.0, I see that it's at the bottom now, just above the status bar. I really preferred it where it used to be (that's just me), and was wondering if it's possible to move it around? Thanks SO much for any and all suggestions!

set Folder tabs on top
on the Tools | Options... | Advanced tab
