context menu shell new submenu does not work in vista

A couple of problems with xplorer in vista!

1) right click in whitespace on either xplorer pane, select shell new submenu and try to create anything on it ie new word document and it fails. No error report, nothing.

2) image preview is distorted - although I believe this is expected to be fixed in next version.

Otherwise xplorer seems well behaved in vista and is by far the best out there!

I don't know about #2, but #1 works perfectly for me.
