That is, what I also read at the top of this thread. Nikos tried to compress, the result is not satisfying, another version is available, and I do want not more and not less than making this good version available by separate (working) downloads, instead of still providing the poor looking version at http://www.zabkat.com/alldown.htm. I don't see the sense of this, especially as we invest some time in this topic, which could be solved as easy as to exchange the download-files on the officially provided servers. Really, I don't get it. :?:

Hi,
I managed to download the “good” manual after unregistering FlashGet as the default download manager.

For unexplained reasons, FlashGet was never able to download that file correctly. Either it downloaded a small invalid zip file, or it could not download it at all!

This is the first time this has ever happened to me (and FlashGet).

Sorry about posting wrong information in the first place.

You can't use downloadmanager on RS. It's one of their "tricks" to get you as paying customer for their premium accounts. There's a plethora of similar free webspace right now, some with similar restrictions some with less. But as a general rule don't try your downloadmanager on them if they don't say explicitely it's possible .
