Lite Edition Portable

I would like to use the Xplorer2 lite edition portable (at usb.smithtech.us) for commercial use.   There is a cautionary note that this version is only for non-commercial use, but I already bought a license for the professional edition of Xplorer2.

Can I go ahead and use XPlorer2 lite edition portable at work?  What are my other options?
