list only the same folders which have different contents ?.

I have my music albums stored in Folders, "Artist - Album", I have my collection backed up on three seperate hard drives. On my principle HDD I customise the albums by removing or adding tracks.

Is there an easy way that I can list ONLY the albums whose contents has been been changed across all three drives ?.
