xy2 has so many features, I was wondering if it has the ability to:
1. Select text from say a web page
2. and drop it into a xy2 directory
3. automatically creating a text file

assuming you mean xplorer² (a.k.a. x2), The answer is no (at least not directly). But you can easily drop that text into a newfile in Editor² (xplorer2's companion text editor) and save the result in whatever directory you want. I have an button for open Editor² on the system tray for just such quick grab-n-saves.
