Copy-folder-onto-self behaviour

Hi
I noticed an odd difference in behaviour between the tree pane and the file pane: select some folder (say MyFolder) and copy it to the same location. If you did so in the file pane you'd get a new copy, named 'Copy of MyFolder' , as i would expect - being used to windows explorer. On the tree pane, however, you'd get an error: 'the destination folder is the same as the source folder'.

I'm using ver 1.7.0.5 lite, and have checked 'don't lock browsed folder' in the options.

Am i missing something on the doc? could this be a bug? any input would be much appreciated.
