columns too narrow in "List" view

Hi.

When I go from the "Detail" view to the "List" view, the files are listed in very narrow columns. Any idea how to fix this? Let me know if I did not clearly explain my problem. I would post a screen shot, but I don't see the option to do so.[/img]

Assuming it is always that way, whether or not coming from details view, and that it's not a 'special' folder like Control Panel...
Check your setting for Max. list column width
It is on the Tools | Options... | Window sheet.
