bug? - "sticky" bookmarks

Hi,
I'm using xplorer2 1.6.5.3 LITE portable and I have found that everytime I close it and open it again the bookmarks

0 sample
1 sample FTP

come back, even though I have deleted them multiple times.
I also had one instance of all my bookmarks being lost when I change computer, and then duplicated when I went back to the original computer. I haven't had a chance to test for this behaviour again.

Is there a newer portable version I can try out to see if this bug has been overcome?

how do you delete these bookmarks? If you remove all bookmarks these 2 will come back. If you leave at least one you shouldn't see them again

the latest lite version is 1.71, see the website

   thanks for your reply.
   I delete those two, but I leave four other bookmarks that I have created.
   I couldn't find a portable version that has 1.7* in it. Do I need to install the regular Lite version and then make a portable of it, or is there somewhere I can download it already made portable?

this looks like a problem associated to running xplorer2 lite as "portable". I don't know how you do it and there are a few methods around -- none of which i could advice you on. See this FAQ A18:

the only officially supported portable version is this one:
