Any way to see which documents are currently open?

Post by skypilotpete »

With the work I do, I often have many files (e.g. word docs) open at the same time, and it is really easy to forget which ones are open, and the Windows task bar is a really clunky, inefficient way of doing this.

I want to find a clear and simple way to see all files that are currently open.

Does xplorer2 (either lite or pro) have some way of doing this?

If not, does anyone have any suggestions?

i can't think of anything that will show you just the opened files, but try the task manager or its powertoy replacement

Thanks - I never thought of using taskmanager in that way. It's obvious now that you mention it. However, it would be nice to just have the applications pane and not processes, performance, networking etc, to save on CPU usage.
