folder size in tooltip?

I am trying to get information on seeing how big the file size is, on the tooltip, which currently only tells me the date it was created. I have seen some information on the status bar, but not the file size, which for some reason, always seems to read "Ob" on the status bar. Is there any way to get that info revealed, either on the tooltip or on the status bar?

the size is on the status bar allright, if you can't see it make sure you didn't switch off any status bar pane from Tools > Options > Advanced
