snakebyte's Menu++ and MenuHack are very useful x2 tools.
I use many user commands and the ability to associate toolbar buttons with a menu makes is convenient to access these commands without having to display several toolbars. Also, a vertical menu is better than a toolbar when you want longish captions/descriptions for commands.
Menu++ also provides a nice bookmarks feature... the bookmarks open new tabs in the active pane.
