xplorer didn't remeber Dual pane even if saved settings

If I open xplorer^2 lite via Working Place - Drive C or via start button - right click open_x2 it didn't open dual paned.

What's wrong?

When you open x2 as you described, then x2 opens in Explorer replacement mode. By default this uses a single pane (like win Explorer).

If I recall correctly, there is an option during the install process to not restrict x2 to opening in single pane mode when replacing Explorer. If so, you should be able to re-install x2 over your existing x2 and choose the option that suits you.

(One can also control this with a registry tweak, but that method is not recommended.)

There is no option in the installer.
Found it in "registry.txt" in installation directory.

open_x2 verb isn't supported anymore
please use the latest xplorer2 version which handles everything through the installer
