Hi,
I moved from 2xExplorer to the latest xplorer2 yesterday, and I must say that although the latter is only Alpha, it's fully functional and very stable. Great work, Nikos!
I only miss 3 things:
*) option to display directories before files, instead of mixing them when the alphabetic sort is turned on.
*) ability to remember columns setup
*) ability to define "user menus" or new buttons (e.g. so that I could run WinDiff on selected files)
Cheers,
Alex
xplorer2 0.0.32 - great job!

folders are always sorted first, you may be puzzled about zipfolders -- you are not the only one!
i'm working on columns for x.33
there's no such thing as user menus yet, but the command history can be used for that. Note that all combos in x2 are like 2x's i.e. if you type win and hit up-arrow the first command that contains "win" in its name will come up -- chances are that this will be the windiff you are after

Sorry for the delay - I've been in Prague for the weekend...
I'm afraid I miss something about folders sort - what I mean is that folders should be on the top of the list, and files after them. Even when I choose to sort by name, folders should be sorted and displayed first, and after them - the files. Just as NC, WindowsCommander and most of the other file manager do/did
Unfortiunately on my XP system the folders are sorted as regular files, so that when I choose "sort by name" they are thrown somewhere in the middle of the list. And no - I'm not talking about ZIP folders - just a regular ones.
