blog: question marks in filenames

I occasionally want to save files with names that are questions, but the question mark is a reserved character. I think that the title field in Windows should be able to save any character and text I want. Apparently, file path and title are not separated in Windows.

the question mark ? and star * are reserved, just like slashes. ? is matching any character in wildcards
