Hello, I found a small bug.
Changing the modified or create date with Actions => Change Attributes doesn't work on Network drives anymore. It does work on local disks.
I went back to "1.7.2.7 [Ansi] LITE" to check and it worked again, so it is not a permissions issue.

I did the same checks and can confirm the issue.
The date changes can be made using v1.7.2.7 but not with v1.8.0.11
Strangely, x2 Pro v1.8.0.11 exhibits the same behavior from computer A trying change a folder date on Computer B

A further check:
I installed x2Lite v1.8.0.11 on computer "B" and find that changing folder dates on computer "A" works correctly.
scorecard:
"A" >> "B"
x2Lite v 1.8.0.11 on "A" does not change folder dates on "B"
x2Lite v 1.7.2.7 on "A" does change folder dates on "B"
x2Pro v 1.8.0.11 on "A" does not change folder dates on "B"
"B" >> "A"
x2Lite v 1.8.0.11 on "B" does change folder dates on "A"
x2Pro v 1.8.0.11 on "B" does change folder dates on "A"
x2Pro v 1.8.0.6 on "B" does change folder dates on "A"
So there' a mystery setting on one of the computers that does not permit v1.8.0.11 of either Lite or Pro on computer "A" from changing the dates of shared folders on computer B; even folders I create on "B" from "A" and which I can rename, add content, and delete from "A".
So far, I can't find it. :?
for ref: both machines are running 32-bit XP/sp3.
"A" runs XP-pro; "B" runs XP-media center edition.
both machines are current with all MS critical updates.
AV on both machines is MS Security Essentials.
