folder 'My Documents' locked ?

Hi,

Running under Win 98 se with versions 1.8.0.11 and 1.8.0.12 of xplorer lite
when I left click on the 'My Documents' folder in the tree the only thing that
happens is the "+" on the folder disappears and the name is highlited.
xplorer will not open the folder to show the contents

A right click will allow me to do the normal functions like properties, rename ...

The folder is not really locked because I can go into it with Windows Explorer
and access the files.

i've just tried it on a virtualized w98 and saw no problems
i wonder if there are any other w98 users out there?

I still don't know what caused this problem but it seems to be only in relation to Xplorer because as stated previously the folder and the files within were accessible from Windows Explorer and from utilities run from the DOS (CMD) prompt.

I tried renaming the folder to "My Docs" and immediately Xplorer could open the folder. I then renamed it back to "My Documents" and Xplorer could still open the folder.

So the problem has been bypassed, and I know what to try if it should occur again, but i feel the problem still exists waiting for an opportunity to return.
