How to bypass user commands item limit?

I want to be able to display more than 19 user commands on my tool-bars. Is there a way to bypass the 19 items limit?

This must've been discussed before, but I couldn't find the thread.

Tools -> Advanced Options (the stand-alone one) -> Global -> Custom Menu Items
Increase the limit.
