CTRL+HOME / CTRL+END hotkeys not mentioned in Editor2...

CTRL+HOME / CTRL+END hotkeys not mentioned in Editor2. Perhaps add these to the menus so they will be listed?

but i recently found them by accident after all these years. even though i previously had tried to look for this functionality in the interface.

Those and other keyboard shortcuts are documented near the end of the Editor2 help file: Editor2.txt
