It's work in progress, but it will soon be the way I want it.
Organizing user commands is a pain especially because you can't drag and drop them in the list or on the toolbars (transferring them from one toolbar to another). Also, the list could use some separators.

Just in case, there is a suicide prevention hotline available here.
Personally I usually just hide under the bed with the other monsters when it comes to rearranging things. They're used to me being there now, and usually have tea and biscuits waiting, which is kind of a nice thing for monsters to do.
