Hiding the "Getting started" pane

Hi,
after upgrading to xplorer2 Lite to 2.0.0.2 (and later 2.0.0.3) on a Win XP SP 3 32 bit machine, I am struggling to hide the "Getting started" pane which I was able to hide on a different machine a few weeks before after installing the 1.8.x version. Has this been changed?

go to the Help menu, and deselect "How Do I?"
