Window Key + E lauches xplorer without additional program

Is it possible to have window key + e launch xplorer w/o additional programs (ie, winkey, hotkeyp, autoit)?

I am using Win7

Everything I want to launch xplorer, I have to win + e to launch default window explorer, then double click on a drive to launch xplorer.

I want to just press win + e and launch xplorer.

Would appreciate any inputs.
