Way to remove numbers in front of bookmarks?

I have 6 folders bookmarked, when I click on the Bookmarks menu, x2 assigns them a number (0 through 5). Since I'm not used to them, it is a bit of a distraction. Is there any way to remove those numbers from in front of the bookmarks?

Those numbers are the accelerator shortcuts automatically assigned to the first 10 Bookmarks - for example, when the menu is opened, pressing a 0-9 numerical key opens the corresponding bookmark in the active pane.

Granted, this doesn't mean much to people who prefer to use their mouse, but that's life - they cannot be removed.
