Full Row Selection in Tree Pane

Is there any way to enable Full Row Selection in Tree Pane, similar to XP/Vista/7 behaviour in Explorer?

the tree already behaves like windows explorer unless you "disabled some vista effects" using TOOLS > ADVANCED OPTIONS menu command

I've uploaded a video to demonstrate my issue.
"Disabled Vista Effects" is not checked/default value, and behaviour is similar on both XP and 7.
