CONSTANTLY CRASHES - WINDOWS 8

I recently installed xplorer2 lite. It worked fine for a day or two but now, it crashes EVERY TIME I TRY TO OPEN a folder in the program.
I am running Windows 8.
How do I fix this???
I am about to forever delete the program & try an alternative.
Help!

if you can start xplorer2 use HELP > CRASH INFORMATION menu command then send me the file to investigate
