Hi Trigger.
This Board has a help button at the top of every page. Most questions are covered in there. Also, on the main board, there is an entire forum called "Help" that covers anything that is not in the regular help. If you need help with something on this board, the help section would be the appropriate place to post your question. If you do post a question under Help, you need to be a little more specific as to what you need help with. :)
