a new search mode is available that scans very fast for filenames (ONLY) but the catch is that you must run it in full administrator mode. Otherwise it works like the older version 1.0. Try the beta version here

Searching ::{20d04fe0-3aea-1069-a2d8-08002b30309d} ("my computer" for dummies) doesn't include MFT search as part of pre-robust actions on valid drives, it only includes index.

Considering individual (manual) searches of C:\, F:\, etc, all include MFT within the pre-robust sphere, it would seem reasonable to expect continuity, since, like, you know, searching the whole system is, like, a common thang [sic]?
