Win-e problem?

Win-e problem?
If I'm not running xplorer2 and I type Win-e, a Windows Explorer window pops up. Is there any way to get xplorer2 to start instead? xplorer2 does pop up another xplorer2 window if it's already running.

Tools -> Advanced Options -> Global (tab) -> Take over Win+E key for complete explorer replacement

for this to work you must make sure you never fully quit xplorer2 with ALT+X, you just close it with [X] button on the window titlebar
