Drivebar shows no drives in 3.3

Since I updated to xplorer2 3.3, my drivebar toolbar shows no drives, just a single separator. Is there a fix for this, or a setting I am not able to find?

I am not aware of any problems with the drivebar
what happens if you turn it off then bring it back again? You can right click on it to turn it on/off

It still ends up blank. I have shut toolbars off, back on, drivebar off, back on, re-loaded xplorer2, same problem. I have attached images of the screen.

that's strange but are you sure it is a problem with the latest version only? Try this older version 3.1

I uninstalled 3.3 pro and installed a trial of 3.3 ultimate, and the drivebar works. Then I reinstalled 3.3 pro, and the drivebar is empty again. How do I upgrade to ultimate from my pro license?

to upgrade you must contact me (email) with your license details
however, try uninstalling your PRO version completely (erase the registry settings), and reinstall from scratch
the down side is that you lose all your bookmarks and other customizations

I just did this, complete uninstall, reinstall. Still no drive bar, but ultimate drive bar works. I was not able to try your suggestion above to run 3.1 because the link was broken so I could not download.

Just solved the problem. The shortcut and .exe file properties defaulted to a compatability setting of windows vista. I am running windows 7 64. When I shut off compatability, drives appear.
