xplorer2 keeps shutting down

If I am working outside of xplorer2 I quite frequently get a message telling me that xplorer2 (the explorer replacement) has stopped working and needs to shut down - with no reason why. I know I can go into program options and 'undo explorer replacement', but that's defeating the purpose of the original xplorer replacement. Any thoughts or ideas. Have included an attachment of the intrusive message.

make sure you have the latest version 3301 installed and if it happens again use HELP > CRASH INFORMATION menu command to send me a file I need to check, so as to find out what happens

Hey nikos, thanks for the reply. I'm not ignoring you - I did as you suggested (updated) and so far no problems (that's the reason for the delay). Hope it stays that way.
