One especially handy feature of other File Explorer replacements is the ability to select a drive for each pane. Having to first select the pane, then change the drive, is a bit annoying.
Is there a configuration, customization, hack, etc. to accomplish this?
Thanks

Re: Icons specific to each of dual pane windows
I should have been more specific in my recent post.
I am looking for an option (icon) to select a drive for each folder directly, without having to first select the pane, then select the drive.

Look at setting up dual bookmarks to open the desired drive/folder in each pane at once.

in xplorer2 lite you don't have much to choose, there's the folder tree. If you hold down ALT key as you click on a folder, then it opens in the INactive pane, otherwise it changes the active folder. In the professional version you have a drivebar that can be shared among the panes with the same ALT modifier
